4. Locations that you would never imagine dining in and will certainly remember for ever

 

We can’t tell you too much as we’ll spoil the secret.

This is all you need to know:

  • Secret venues

  • Secret menus

  • Secret entertainment

The majority of events will start at 8pm however you can arrive at the Secret destination from 7:30pm.  If there is anything we need you to know about the event don’t worry you will be told seven says prior to the event.  This could include parking, clothing, directions, food, entertainment etc.  The less we tell you the more intrigued you will be.

Mark Dempsey

Mark has over 22 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry.  From an early age working with hotel companies such as Shire Hotels, Thistle and IHG, later on moving into the world of theatre, event management and multi-site operations.  Mark specialises customer experience with a fine eye for attention to detail, a recent move to offer mobile gin bars for events throughout Lancashire. 

Ryan Smith

Ryan has 15 years of highly skilled experience as a professional DJ and event host. Taking control of every type of event including large corporate award ceremonies; bar mitzvahs & bat chayils; and exclusive weddings.

Ryan regularly works throughout the northwest of England in award winning venues including The James' Places; Colshaw Hall; Iscoyd Park; Titanic Hotel Liverpool; Thornton Manor; The Hilton Manchester and Laura Ashley The Bellsfield. Prior to this he was a commercial radio presenter for 2br; Rock fm and Bauer radio.

Paul Dickson

Paul is an award winning chef, consultant and food stylist with over 28 years experience in kitchens all over London & the North West. 

He's cooked for royalty (The Queen) film stars (Leonardo di Caprio) and Pop Legends (Robbie Williams)  But he’s not fazed by fame. Paul worked his way up the career ladder to become group executive chef for JP Morgan, where he was in charge of 18 chefs. Before the age of 30 he’d gained an Acorn Award, which is given to 30 top chefs under the age of 30 by Hotel and Catering magazine.
